Each Dragonfly is carefully and skilfully constructed from colourful glass, including beautifully textured iridescent wings which flash rainbow colours as they catch the light. Each glass piece is cut and ground by hand, then carefully wrapped in copper foil in the 'Tiffany' tradition before being soldered and finished with delicate wirework. The design is inspired by real scientific illustrations and photographs from nature.

A strong chain is fixed prettily to the front legs, as if the dragonfly is grasping on to it. Hang at a window, against a mirror, or in any sunny spot and and colourful sunbeams and shapes will be cast when it catches the light. Wherever you place this tiny treasure, I promise it will be noticed and admired by all.

Crafted over many hours in my little Staffordshire garden studio, these pieces are made with love and skill, and make beautiful gifts for yourself or for loved ones.
